Managed by GUARDIAN
The GUARDIAN chip is the digital identity of an item or a kit. Attach it to existing equipment, including equipment not bought from us, and a single phone scan, with no app, opens the item's card in GUARDIAN: what is inside, expiry dates, when it was last checked and who is responsible.
How it works
- The chip is paired to a kit or an item and registered in the system on the first scan.
- Every scan shows the current state and lets the person in the field report use, shortage or a fault.
- Approaching expiry dates appear in the organization's readiness picture, not only on the kit itself.
Who it is for
Organizations that manage their emergency-equipment array in GUARDIAN and want existing equipment inside it: emergency and rescue bags, defibrillator stations, cabinets, carts and stores.
Good to know
The chip works with the organization's GUARDIAN subscription. FOR U'R AID carriers already have the chip embedded in the logo; the separate chip is for equipment that is not ours.
