01 — What's the lead time for a catalog kit?
A catalog kit in stock — seven to fourteen business days. A catalog kit that needs manufacturing — two to four weeks, depending on quantity. A large order — special coordination with manufacturing.
02 — Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Even a single kit is possible. Scale orders receive logistics adjustment and delivery coordination.
03 — Can I make a light customization to a catalog kit?
Yes. Swapping a single item, adding a special item, or changing color — done without a full spec process. A structural change (entirely different contents) — moves to Custom solution.
04 — Does the kit include GUARDIAN tagging?
Yes, by default. Every kit ships with a chip embedded in the logo. Inventory viewing via phone tap — always free. Active management (inspection approval, shortage reporting, automatic ordering) — requires a GUARDIAN subscription.
05 — What's the warranty and service?
One year of manufacturer's warranty on the bag, the seams, the buckles. Consumable contents (medical items with an expiry date) — not under warranty, but GUARDIAN alerts thirty days before expiry. Repair-and-refurbishment service is available at our in-house production.
