Technical characteristics:

• Expiration Management System: The For.Your.Aid system supports the management of tracking product expiration, using batch code and expiration date.
• Digital alert: An automated system sends a notification to the customer about products approaching their expiration date.
• Product exchange: In full service, expired products will be replaced immediately.
• Self-service or full service:
  • Self-service: The customer receives an email notification and a shipment of products for self-exchange.
  • Full service: A representative from the company performs the exchange directly at the customer's site.
