Chest Seal – Russell Chest Seal

A unique chest seal for emergency use in cases of open pneumothorax and penetrating chest injuries. Designed to quickly seal chest wounds and prevent further air entry into the pleural cavity, while maintaining a one-way valve for the drainage of excess air and fluids.
